SEO Portfolio
I have worked on different projects from different industries as an SEO strategist/specialist, helping businesses get found in search engines and in LLMs. The aim is not only visibility but also to focus on improving ROI.
Here is a selection of projects across ecommerce SEO, international market launches, AEO, local SEO, and content strategy I have worked on.

SaaS Project Management Tool | AEO and LLM Visibility Audit
AEO · Competitive Analysis · LLM Visibility Mapping · Outreach Strategy
A Jira-native SaaS tool had a strong product but with an LLM visibility problem. Competitors were showing up in AI-generated answers across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and major review platforms. The brand was missing from 3,532 URLs that AI tools were already pulling answers from.
I mapped every gap between where the brand was and where AI was looking.
I analysed 3,626 URLs across 13 content types including blogs, listicles, review sites, Reddit threads, and YouTube. I found 653 high-authority domains with zero brand mentions. I identified 59 specific outreach targets including G2, Gartner, Capterra, and The Digital Project Manager. I built a tiered action plan with 13 critical fixes, 26 high-priority moves, and 20 medium-term plays. Each action came with a clear approach, a reason, and a priority score.
The brand got a complete LLM visibility gap analysis and a named outreach tracker. They knew exactly where to show up and how to get there.

US Tax and Compliance | Full SEO Build
Technical SEO · Content Strategy · Local SEO · Reporting
A tax consulting firm had been invisible on major search engines and wanted to improve authority. Their site had crawl errors, no content strategy, and zero local presence. They needed to rank for competitive service keywords without a big budget or an in-house team.
I audited the full site and built the SEO foundation from scratch.
I found and fixed every technical blocker, including crawlability issues, indexing gaps, page speed failures, and UX problems. I worked directly with the developer to get everything implemented. I clustered 50 or more keywords by user intent, separating awareness terms from high-intent service queries. I built a local SEO strategy covering NAP distribution and Google Business Profile across 3 service areas. I wrote content briefs and guided the creation of tax expertise articles targeting high-difficulty queries in the US compliance space.
Within 8 months, the firm ranked on page one for core service keywords. Organic clicks grew by 200%. User retention improved by 60%.

Beauty Ecommerce | International Market Launch
International SEO · Market Research · Technical SEO · Content Strategy
A beauty ecommerce brand wanted to launch a new store in Ireland within 30 days and dominate the Irish market within 6 months. They had strong UK authority but no Irish presence, no localised content, and no technical setup for international search.
I built a 30-day SEO action plan that made the store search-ready before launch day.
I ran full market research covering Irish consumer behaviour, SERP competitor analysis, and keyword localisation, including spelling differences, Irish English tone, and seasonal beauty trends. I designed the full technical setup including subdirectory structure, hreflang en-ie tags, canonical tags, an Ireland-specific XML sitemap, and GEOIP redirect configuration. I mapped a content strategy covering localised FAQs, Irish holiday promotions, and seasonal URLs built to be refreshed yearly. I built a 6-month KPI framework tracking indexation, keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion growth.
The store launched with a complete international SEO foundation. It was indexed, localised, and built to rank in the Irish market from day one.

Beauty Ecommerce | Seasonal SEO and AEO Strategy
Ecommerce SEO · AEO · Competitor Analysis · Technical SEO
A beauty retailer in Estonia needed to rank in positions 1-5 for the country’s biggest e-commerce shopping event. The keyword had high commercial intent and strong competition from aggregators and official event pages.
I built a full seasonal SEO and AEO strategy targeting one of Estonia’s most competitive commercial keywords.
I analysed SERP competitors across both Google and AI tools, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude. I found on-page gaps including low keyword density, missing hreflang tags, slow page speed, and broken sitemap files. I built a keyword cluster covering direct variants, category-specific terms, and long-tail opportunities across beauty, cosmetics, and hair care. I created a full content plan covering event landing pages, countdown timers, shopping guides, and user-generated content with a pre-event, launch, and post-event distribution schedule. I mapped a link-building strategy targeting high-authority Estonian news sites, ecommerce associations, and local beauty communities.
The brand had a complete seasonal SEO playbook covering both Google rankings and LLM visibility before the event window opened.

Hair Care Ecommerce | PLP Content Strategy
Ecommerce SEO · Keyword Mapping · Cannibalization Audit · Internal Linking
A EU-based hair care brand had 6 product category pages competing against each other in search. Keyword cannibalization was splitting ranking authority across pages and suppressing visibility across the entire product range.
I built a full content strategy that gave every page a clear role in search.
I mapped 80+ keywords across 6 product categories and assigned clear primary and secondary keyword ownership to prevent pages from fighting each other. I found and resolved 7 critical keyword conflicts including a 3-way overlap on high-volume supplement queries. I wrote page-level content requirements for every category page covering H1 direction, above-the-fold copy rules, schema recommendations, and internal linking structure. I built a URL tracker to flag placeholder product links before any page went live.
Every category page launched with a defined keyword owner, a clean internal linking map, and zero cannibalization conflicts.

Creative Studio | Local SEO
Local SEO · Google Business Profile · On-Page Recommendations
A graphic design and web development studio had an incomplete local presence. Their Google Business Profile was missing services, address details, booking links, and reviews. They were invisible in local search results despite having an active client base.
I audited the full local SEO and built a clear action plan to fix it.
I reviewed the Google Business Profile against 12 local ranking signals and found missing categories, absent service listings, no booking integration, and no Q and A engagement. I recommended a category strategy capping at 5 highly relevant categories to avoid keyword dilution. I built a review acquisition strategy with a templated outreach message designed to prompt keyword-rich reviews from past clients. I wrote 3 Google Business Profile description options optimised for the studio’s core services covering graphic design, brand identity, web design, and UX. I flagged visual content gaps and built a photo and video upload schedule to build local trust signals.
The studio had a complete local SEO action plan ready to take them from invisible to findable in local search.
